Tickets are now on sale for a dinner fundraiser that will benefit the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\u00a0Smyrna\u00a0Hero\u00a0Dinner\u00a0Gala\u00a0will\u00a0be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.\u00a0on\u00a0Thursday, Feb. 27,\u00a0at Boxwood Social Hall in Marietta. It\u00a0will include\u00a0dinner, drinks, dancing, live music\u00a0and\u00a0a\u00a0silent\u00a0auction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The occasion marks the start of the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation\u2019s packed 2025 calendar of events, which includes a golf tournament, a showdown between local police officers and firefighters for bragging rights and a shopping event to help local children enjoy the holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSmyrna\u00a0would not be\u00a0the\u00a0incredible community it is without\u00a0the\u00a0support\u00a0and dedication\u00a0of our first responders,\u201d\u00a0Smyrna\u00a0Public Safety\u00a0Foundation\u00a0Executive Director Denise Czarnik said. \u201cThe\u00a0gala\u00a0celebrates\u00a0the\u00a0men\u00a0and women who keep our community safe\u00a0and helps us raise money to continue supporting\u00a0them by providing\u00a0the\u00a0resources\u00a0they need to be successful.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Michael Magno will provide live music during the Smyrna Hero Dinner Gala. Good Kitchen will provide dinner with support from local restaurants, including Atkins Park Restaurant, Zucca Bar & Pizzeria and Muss & Turner\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tickets are $125, with discounts available for two or more tickets. Tables for eight are available for $800.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the Smyrna Hero Dinner Gala, the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation will host the Fourth Annual Golf Tournament at Brookstone Golf & Country Club from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, April 21. Additional events for the year include the Battle of the Badges, Hotrods & Heroes Car Show, November\u2019s Jazz Under the Gazebo and December\u2019s Shop with a Hero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
