The Smyrna Police Department was victorious over the Smyrna Fire Department in this year\u2019s Chief\u2019s Cup for the second consecutive year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The honor was bestowed at the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation<\/a>\u2019s Fourth Annual Golf Tournament at Brookstone Golf & Country Club. More than 100 people participated in the tournament, raising money for the Foundation to support the Jonquil City\u2019s first responders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe event was a great celebration of Smyrna\u2019s first responders, and everyone who participated had a wonderful time,\u201d Denise Czarnik, executive director of the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation, said. \u201cWe appreciate the community\u2019s support for those who help keep the community safe and make Smyrna the wonderful place it is.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Adventure Outdoors<\/a> served as the chief sponsor for this year\u2019s tournament.
