Every $10 you donate will go to helping to provide, clothing, food and bring holiday joy to the child and their families.
- $250 donation will cover the cost for a child to shop.
- $100 donation will help cover the cost of a child.
- $50 donation will help in providing children a lunch celebration and a holiday meal.
- $25 donation will help to send a child home with a holiday meal.
- Any donation will go to the Shop with a Hero program, where the need is for a child.
All donations collected for the Shop with a Hero program will only be used and designated to support a child from Smyrna and their family.
Friday, December 15, 2023. Over 18 years SPSF and our generous sponsors, citizens and first responders have provided over a thousand children the opportunity to shop with police officer, firefighter, paramedic, or military personnel. Your support is critical in supporting more than 80 families who are struggling to make ends meet. Your tax-deductible gift helps provide a holiday meal, clothing, and other basic necessities to children right here in our community. Every $10 you donate helps provide one meal to a child in need.
Through our partnership with the Smyrna Elementary Schools, the counselors are able to select up to 80 children to shop with a hero, and pick out much needed items such as clothing, shoes, hats, and toys. A party finishes off the day, with a warm lunch, more toys, visits with their hero’s and yes Santa and Mrs. Clause. Each child is provided with a holiday meal to take home to their families to enjoy together.
